Bournemouth has reached an agreement with Juventus for defender Dean Huijsen, with a fee set at £12.6m.
The total cost of the transfer could escalate to £15.2m for the center-back, who is now expected to undergo a medical examination with the Cherries.
The 19-year-old is likely to become the sixth signing of the summer for the Premier League club, following Luis Sinisterra, Enes Unal, Alex Paulsen, Daniel Jebbison, and Koby Mottoh.
Born in the Netherlands, Huijsen has represented the national team at various youth levels up to Under-19.
He relocated to Spain at the age of five and obtained Spanish citizenship this year, making his Under-21 debut in March.
Huijsen began his career at Costa Unida and joined Malaga in 2015, later moving to Juventus three years ago, where he started with their Under-17 team.
He made his first-team debut against AC Milan in October, marking his only appearance before spending the latter half of last season on loan at Roma, where he made 13 appearances and scored twice.
