Key moments

I’m about to grab a strong cup of coffee before things get into full swing. My daughter decided 3am was the perfect time to wake up! Do I deserve a medal? Absolutely, a GOLD one, drenched in Kenco.

Impressive! The challenge has been set for the Hollies stand…

I can’t stop listening to Celine’s ‘Hymne A L’Amour’. A truly stunning performance of a beautiful song. Just wonderful https://t.co/t5cmfEIeGX

Preamble

James Wallace

Hello and welcome to day two of the third Test match between England and West Indies from Edgbaston. This promises to be a thrilling match.

The West Indies were in high spirits after taking three swift wickets last night, placing England at 38-3 against their first innings score of 282. Conversations about a more measured BazBall approach seemed to vanish as Crawley and Duckett took risks outside off stump, returning to the pavilion prematurely. Mark Wood was also dismissed before the close, setting the scene for an eventful day ahead.

Join us for all the excitement when play starts at 11am.

Surely, there are no other sporting events to distract us today?
