Ryan Moore returns to the track at Goodwood on Thursday, aiming to capitalize on his success throughout July as the month comes to an end.
Key competitors like Gallantly, Usdi Atohi, and Henry Longfellow will be racing, with the 40-year-old jockey seeking victory despite a tight schedule throughout the day.
Below, Betfair ambassador Moore discusses his five rides for Thursday.

Ryan Moore is back in action at Goodwood on Wednesday as he looks to end July on a high
13:50 Goodwood
Gallantly
He didn’t meet expectations in the King George V handicap recently, but off a mark of 88 based on his earlier form, including a victory for me at Chester, he has a strong opportunity.
14:25 Goodwood
Fair Angelica
This race is open, but she performed well for me in Deauville recently. I hope she adapts to the expected quick ground here, though rain is predicted for Wednesday and it was good ground in France. She has a solid chance based on her previous form.
15:00 Goodwood
Usdi Atohi
She showed significant improvement with her win at Tipperary last time. More will be demanded here, but she is clearly progressing well.
15:35 Goodwood
Henry Longfellow
Despite only having six runners, each has a chance. The official ratings indicate just a 2lb difference between four of them, making it a competitive race in terms of form. I am hopeful my colt will bounce back from his narrow defeat by Rosallion at Royal Ascot, and he arrives in great condition.
16:10 Goodwood
Elladonna
She has received an 8lb raise after her last two victories, which seems deserved. Although I haven’t ridden her before, I hope she’ll be comfortable in the current conditions.
