Now, DailyMail.com reveals that not only does she stay on the picturesque Massachusetts island, but she is also residing in a luxurious, newly built four-bedroom, four-bathroom property near its quaint main street that her ex acquired in May.
The home had been listed for sale for a mere 14 days.
Renovations for her new abode commenced in June, with Holliday relocating there by the end of the month.

“You don’t even know if you have the facts,” she continued.
“There is nothing to say, I am not a part of this story. I’m not any part of this.
“You know what the attorney filed. Anybody can view a document; it doesn’t mean that it’s factual. I can’t validate that.”

She has continued to embrace island life despite the breakup, bringing her two daughters, Kat and Ashley Hess, 32, along with her.
Bill was an integral part of the girls’ lives for sixteen years, and he even discussed their shared love for the island with local publication N Magazine in 2017.
He told the magazine: ‘The island is spectacular. The people are great, fishing, bike paths, the lighthouses, the beach, the history — I mean it’s got it all.’
Holliday added: ‘This is where everybody flocks home. No matter what everyone is doing during their busy lives, Nantucket is a place where family reunites as a unit again.’

Annual reports from The Hess Twins LLC in 2023 also indicate that their business activities are still being conducted from Belichick’s $1.9 million residence in Hingham, near Boston, despite the separation.
Both sisters have been enjoying time on the island, with Ashley sharing on Instagram that she splits her time between West Palm Beach and Nantucket.
