Juventus has dramatically informed eight first-team players, including Federico Chiesa and Wojciech Szczesny, that they are free to leave the club, as per reports.
The new head coach, Thiago Motta, is executing a rigorous squad overhaul to address a team that has underperformed in recent seasons, both on the pitch and off.
Over the last four seasons, Juventus has not captured the Serie A title, a stark contrast to their dominance when they won nine consecutive titles. Motta replaced Massimiliano Allegri at the start of the summer.
Among the eight players Juventus is looking to offload during the current transfer window is Chiesa, in an effort to raise funds for new signings, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
Wojciech Szczesny, the former Arsenal and long-serving Juventus goalkeeper, is set to be replaced by a new keeper and is one of three ex-Premier League players expected to depart Turin.

Additionally, Juventus aims to finalize the permanent exits of Arkadiusz Milik, Mattia De Sciglio, Daniele Rugani, Arthur Melo, Filip Kostic, and Hans Nicolussi-Caviglia.
‘They are out of the project and they need to find new clubs,’ Motta stated.

‘We are convinced this is the best decision possible,’ he added, as Juventus expressed their openness to negotiate with other clubs.
Chiesa stands out as the most notable player among those told that his future at the club is over, as he was once the face of the team when he rose to prominence in Italian football.
The 26-year-old’s acquisition from Fiorentina four years ago was met with enthusiasm from Juventus supporters, but his time at the club has been marred by injuries.
This summer, Juventus is determined to offload him instead of risking a free transfer next year when his contract expires.
