Anne Kirkpatrick, the Police Superintendent of New Orleans, was involved in an incident on Saturday night where her vehicle struck two pedestrians, injuring one of them, as reported by the police department.
The event took place approximately at 7 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Decatur and Iberville streets, according to police and Fox 8.
A man and a woman were both hit during the incident.

The woman involved was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, while the man reported no injuries.
Kirkpatrick underwent both breathalyzer and urinalysis tests. The breathalyzer results indicated no alcohol consumption, showing a score of 0.00. The results from the urinalysis are expected in a few days, according to police officials.
