With just days remaining in the Paris Games, numerous medal chances are emerging, and day 10 is set to deliver more exhilarating moments.
Many fans are still celebrating the thrilling finish of the 100m final, where American champion Noah Lyles edged Jamaican Kishane Thompson in a photo finish.
British supporters are eager for Keely Hodgkinson to secure a long-awaited global gold in the women’s 800m.
At just 22 years of age, she has demonstrated her superiority in the preliminary heats and dazzled audiences with a stunning semi-final performance that may intimidate her rivals.

Alex Yee, Georgia Taylor-Brown, Sam Dickinson, and Beth Potter aim to defend Team GB’s gold medal in the inaugural triathlon mixed relay. Both Yee and Taylor-Brown were key figures in securing victory in Toyo three years ago.
Yee has already celebrated success at these Games after mounting an impressive comeback to win the individual triathlon.
Potter also relishes personal achievement in Paris, having claimed bronze in the women’s individual event.
Remarkably, the relay event starts at 7am on Monday morning, exactly eight years since Potter participated in the 10,000m at the Rio Olympics.
However, Team GB faces significant competition from formidable opponents like France and Germany.
In other events, Joe Clarke and Kimberley Woods are aiming for gold in the men’s and women’s kayak cross, starting for women at 2:30pm.
Clarke, a three-time world champion and Olympic K1 champion, along with Woods, who recently earned bronze in that event, both confront a rigorous schedule with quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals occurring in quick succession.

Mail Sport and The National Lottery have partnered to provide exclusive video content featuring our greatest Olympian, Sir Steve Redgrave, throughout the Olympic Games in Paris.
Sir Steve secured five gold medals in his distinguished career, earning him the title of Britain’s greatest Olympic hero. Notably, at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, Team GB managed only one gold, which was won by Steve and Matthew Pinsent.
This was before the introduction of National Lottery funding, which has significantly enhanced the success of British athletes. Thanks to National Lottery contributors, Team GB emerged as a powerhouse, clinching 22 golds and 64 medals at the last Olympics in Tokyo.
