Simone Biles commemorated her three gold medals at the 2024 Olympics in Paris with a stunning photoshoot alongside fellow Team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles.

Just a day after the 27-year-old voiced her annoyance at reporters persistently questioning her about ‘what’s next’ following her new Olympic victories, Biles shared her close friendship with Chiles, 23, through social media.

‘red, white, biles&chiles,’ she captioned her Instagram post.

The two can be seen relaxing on a balcony, likely in the Olympic Village situated in the northern suburb of Saint-Denis, Paris.

Dressed in booty shorts emblazoned with ‘TEAM USA,’ both gymnasts proudly displayed their toned backs in crop tops.

Chiles also shared a collection of images featuring Biles on Instagram.

Her caption read ‘team usa girlies…’ accompanied by a red heart emoji.

After achieving gold in the team finals, all-around events, and women’s vault earlier this week, Biles voiced her dissatisfaction with the questions directed at her post-performance.

Addressing reporters on X, she mentioned: ‘You all really need to stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics.’

Biles followed up with another message: ‘Let us relish the moment we’ve dedicated our lives to.’

In response to a fan asking what was next for her post-victory, she humorously replied: ‘Babysitting the medal.’

Biles’ win during Saturday’s vault final marked her seventh gold medal throughout her Olympic career.

In front of an audience filled with stars like John Travolta, Allyson Felix, and artists like Pharrell and Flavor Flav, she delivered an average score of 15.3 for her signature Yurchenko double pike and Cheng vaults, clinching a second gold in this event, eight years after her victory in Rio.

With this, Biles, already the most decorated gymnast ever, becomes only the second woman to hold two vault titles, following Vera Caslavska of Czechoslovakia (1968 and 1984).

Biles has two more opportunities to increase her medal count in Paris with the balance beam and floor exercise finals scheduled for Monday.
