Blake Lively shared that she frequently experiences feelings of guilt when her career interferes with her family time.
In a recent interview, the “It Ends With Us” actress opened up about her challenges with mom guilt while trying to balance her professional and personal life.
“We are deeply passionate about our work, and we approach it with great seriousness… we dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to our careers,” Lively explained during her chat with Entertainment Tonight alongside co-star Jenny Slate.

“However, our identity is shaped far more by our personal lives than by our professional endeavors, and it’s possible to be both simultaneously.”
The 36-year-old star is a mother to four kids with her husband Ryan Reynolds — daughters James, 9; Inez, 7; and Betty, 4; along with son Olin, 1. The couple has been married since 2012, celebrating 12 years together.
“When I’m working, the guilt can creep in… especially when I think about those hours spent away from my personal life,” Lively noted.
Additionally, Lively confessed that she felt a sense of “pressure” while getting ready for her latest role.
