Sky Brown was seen holding her shoulder following a severe fall during the women’s park skateboarding preliminary round.
She had dislocated the same shoulder shortly before heading to the Paris Olympics on July 28.
Her fall occurred as she descended the ramp after executing an aerial move, landing hard on her left arm.
She visibly winced in pain, initially gripping her wrist before switching to her shoulder.
A member of Team GB approached her for assistance, and while she appeared to manage the pain, she continued to grimace as she exited the course.

Despite the incident, she left the course smiling, hoping to avoid any repercussions from the fall before the final scheduled for 4:30 PM.
Brown made history as Great Britain’s youngest-ever medalist by winning a bronze in Tokyo at the age of 13 years and 28 days.
She dislocated her shoulder just a day before traveling to Paris.
The 16-year-old received attention from the team’s medical staff to ensure she would be ready for today’s competition.
After her preliminary performance, she told Eurosport: ‘I’m just happy to be here. I didn’t know if I would make it here.’
Commenting on her fall during her third run, she stated: ‘I felt my shoulder a bit on my last run, and it was a little frightening. I don’t want it to worsen. I will need surgery after this – it’s just scary.
‘If I advance to the finals, I just want to give it my all and push through.’
With a score of 84.75, she secured fourth place and qualified for the final, though she faces a significant challenge due to her shoulder issues.

This qualifying event followed her absence from the first qualifier due to her injury.
‘Every injury I’ve encountered has made me stronger,’ Brown shared with NBC at the time.
‘This is my opportunity to reflect on my next steps. It ignites a passion in me – such things are part of life.’
‘Since the last Olympics, I have triumphed in every event, and I am determined to maintain that momentum.’
