It’s the 12th day of the Olympics and an exciting day of action lies ahead.

Team GB is continuing to shine at the 2024 Olympics with Josh Kerr surpassing his opponent Jakob Ingebrigtsen to secure silver in the men’s 1500m event.

Skateboarding star Sky Brown, just 13 years old, astonishingly garnered bronze in the women’s park competition, while Team GB’s cyclists, Jack Carlin, Ed Lowe, and Hamish Turnbull finished second in the men’s team sprint, following the Netherlands.

Lewis Richardson also earned a bronze medal in men’s boxing on Tuesday, narrowly missing out on the semi-finals against Mexico’s Marco Verde.

These achievements have positioned Team GB sixth in the medal rankings, boasting an impressive total of 46 medals – 12 gold, 15 silver, and 19 bronze.

Yet, there are more opportunities to win medals on Wednesday, as Sir Steve Redgrave highlights potential events for Team GB.

The women’s team will also compete on Wednesday, featuring Elinor Barker, Josie Knight, and Anna Morris, all of whom clinched gold at the 2023 World Championships, joined by Jessica Roberts.

Meanwhile, at the Stade de France, Matthew Hudson-Smith aims for gold in the men’s 400m final this evening.
