Kevin De Bruyne made a notable return to Manchester City training on Tuesday, seemingly channeling Erling Haaland’s style.
The Belgian footballer, who had enjoyed additional leave after participating in Euro 2024, was seen arriving at City’s Etihad Campus with a new hairdo.
To mark De Bruyne’s comeback, City shared footage of him walking from the parking area to the main facility.
In the clip, an unseen voice exclaims “oooooo top knot” as De Bruyne casually replies, “I need to cut my hair.”
His fresh look sparked considerable response on social media, with fans quickly noticing its resemblance to Haaland’s iconic hairstyle.

Although he hasn’t participated in any of City’s pre-season matches, De Bruyne may still feature in the upcoming Community Shield match against Manchester United on Saturday.
